Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unassembled, and undamaged, with all original accessories and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to a product defect or our error (wrong item sent, damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If you are returning for any other reason (change of mind, does not fit your space, etc.), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We will provide you with a return label, and the exact cost will be communicated to you before the return is approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We cannot accept damage claims reported after 48 hours.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture (items produced to your specific size, color, or material)
  • Personal care goods and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, assembled furniture (in whole or in part) is not eligible for return, unless assembly was required to identify a manufacturing defect.
We cannot accept returns on clearance items, final sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, with all original accessories and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for non-defect returns (change of mind, incorrect size, etc.). This fee covers inspection, cleaning, and repackaging costs.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
