Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 45 calendar days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or for custom furniture orders.

Within 1–2 business days after your order has been successfully shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

• Production Lead Time: All furniture orders require 45 calendar days of production time from the date of payment confirmation.
• Shipping Time: After production is completed, standard shipping takes 45 calendar days from the date of shipment.
• Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 90 calendar days from order placement.

Risk of loss, damage, and ownership of the products shall pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Shipping fees are calculated based on item size, weight, and delivery location, and will be clearly displayed at checkout. Product prices do not include taxes, duties, or import-related charges unless otherwise stated.

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photo evidence so we may resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other uncontrollable events.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, recipient absence, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the buyer shall be responsible for any resulting return shipping fees and redelivery charges.
